Comment:
The existence of these two persons (Johann Monz and Katharina Lienhart) is proven by the mention in "Vom Oberrhein zum Etschquellraum" on page Z17 and page Z25.
Both on page Z17 and on Z25 there are very ambiguous formulations.
On page Z25 one has to assume that the person referred to as "Johann Monz senior" (i.e. this person here) is the grandfather of Johann Monz, who married in 1702. Otherwise it does not work out if "Johann Monz senior" married in 1636; furthermore it is stated that Joh. Monz (who married in 1702) is a son of Peter Monz and M. Gabel. In connection with the information on page Z17, where it is stated that Peter Monz (married to M. Gabel) is a son of Johann Monz and Katharina Lienhart. This could of course also be completely different, but this is how I interpret it.
The combination of the data from pages Z17 and Z25 results in the two children Peter and Maria, who are both my 7th great-grandparents and lead in separate lines to Josef Schuchter (born 1754) and Anna Maria Pfeifer (born 1756), who were therefore third cousins.
Her father, Alex Lienhart, is only briefly mentioned on page Z25, therefore no separate page has been created for him.
