The existence of these two individuals (Mathies Netzer and M. Stillebacher) is documented solely through their mention in “Vom Oberrhein zum Etschquellraum” on page Z24 (at the very bottom) and on page Z25.
Mathies is an old form of the name Mathias. Dr. Richard Patscheider uses Mathies once and Mathias once. The source of these data is unclear.
